How do I cancel my order I’ve purchased from Viva LED?

Orders cannot be amended once they are placed. If you wish to cancel your order within the first 2 hours of your order placement, you may do so. After that, the order will be in process and can't be cancelled, and will be shipped out soon. If you wish to cancel after that, you will have to wait for your items to be delivered then return them undamaged in order to receive your refund. Clients are responsible for the return postage. 


Can I replace my item?
If you have received an item in a 'Damaged' or 'Defective' condition, or it is 'Not as Described' by the Seller, you may request a replacement at no extra cost. However, the Terms and Conditions of each Seller’s Return Policy may vary. Please check the respective Seller's Return Policy prior to completing your purchasing and/or requesting the replacement/return of a product. As noted, replacement items are subject to the Seller’s available stock. In the event that a replacement is not available, the Seller will refund the total amount of the product.


When are returns not accepted?

There are certain instances where we do not accept returns, such as:

  • The request for a return is made past the specified time frame (30 days after receiving the item).
  • There are missing components of the package you've received (ex, original packaging, add-ons, accessories, etc.).
  • Defective/damaged products that are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
  • Product is damaged due to misuse.
  • Any item that has been used or installed.


When are refunds provided?
Viva LED stands behind its products and will issue a refund, replacement or credit note, if you are not satisfied with your purchase and notify us within 30 days of receipt of product.

We work to offer a hassle-free online shopping experience to ensure your satisfaction as a customer on our website.

Here are some examples of when a refund is warranted:

  • VIVA LED cannot provide replacement for the item you have purchased.
  • In-line with Buyer Protection (when a dispute has been ruled in your favor)..


Who pays for the shipping charges when I return an item?
Customers have to bear the return shipping cost for an item, if the product you are returning/exchanging is not damaged, and is in proper working condition.

How do I return an item I’ve purchased from Viva LED?

If a product is 'Damaged' or 'Defective', and you would like to make a return, start by placing a return request online, then follow the easy steps below:

  1. Login to your account.
  2. Click "Return Management" tab on your Account Dashboard, to request a new RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
  3. Submit order you want to return.
  4. If your return request meets our requirements, we will approve and send RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) material within 1 business day.
  5. Please send products to the return address in RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), and write down the tracking number.
  6. Please inform us of the tracking number (via mail or phone) to help us track and trace your parcel, so that you get your refund as quickly as possible.

Once the Seller (Viva LED) receives the item that was originally delivered, a replacement item will be shipped or a full refund will be issued, depending on your request.



In the event of a return, the product must be unused/in original condition. Please include all packaging with your return, including the item, original packing materials, add-ons and accessories.



Returns, refunds and replacements are subject to each Seller's individual Return Policy. Returns are covered by the 7 Number of Day Replacement Guarantee for Sellers with VIVA LED (Depending on the Seller’s Terms and Conditions).
