How do I cancel my order I’ve purchased from Viva LED?
Orders cannot be amended once they are placed. If you wish to cancel your order within the first 2 hours of your order placement, you may do so. After that, the order will be in process and can't be cancelled, and will be shipped out soon. If you wish to cancel after that, you will have to wait for your items to be delivered then return them undamaged in order to receive your refund. Clients are responsible for the return postage.
Can I replace my item?
If you have received an item in a 'Damaged' or 'Defective' condition, or it is 'Not as Described' by the Seller, you may request a replacement at no extra cost. However, the Terms and Conditions of each Seller’s Return Policy may vary. Please check the respective Seller's Return Policy prior to completing your purchasing and/or requesting the replacement/return of a product. As noted, replacement items are subject to the Seller’s available stock. In the event that a replacement is not available, the Seller will refund the total amount of the product.

If a product is 'Damaged' or 'Defective', and you would like to make a return, start by placing a return request online, then follow the easy steps below:
Once the Seller (Viva LED) receives the item that was originally delivered, a replacement item will be shipped or a full refund will be issued, depending on your request.
In the event of a return, the product must be unused/in original condition. Please include all packaging with your return, including the item, original packing materials, add-ons and accessories.
Returns, refunds and replacements are subject to each Seller's individual Return Policy. Returns are covered by the 7 Number of Day Replacement Guarantee for Sellers with VIVA LED (Depending on the Seller’s Terms and Conditions).
